Campus MBTI respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and how you can control or delete it.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Campus MBTI. If you are under 13, you may not use this service.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as phone number, email address, Apple Sign in identifier, nickname, avatar, date of birth if provided, and login tokens.
• School verification information, including selected campus, school email, email suffix, verification status, and verification code metadata.
• Profile information, including MBTI type, zodiac sign, bio, and preference settings.
• AI chat information, including messages, chat sessions, selected scenes, conversation history, favorites, and exported chat state.
• Community and Circle activity, including campus chat messages, posts, comments, replies, images you upload, likes, favorites, mentions, reports, blocks, and hidden-content settings.
• Insights information used to generate growth tracking and mood reports from your in-app activity.
• Technical information needed to run the service, including device identifiers generated by the app, authentication state, server logs, crash or error diagnostics, IP address, and basic request metadata.

How we use information

• To create and secure your account.
• To verify campus eligibility and unlock student community features.
• To provide MBTI-based AI assistance for study, campus life, social collaboration, and wellbeing support.
• To operate campus chat, Circle posts, comments, notifications, reporting, blocking, and safety moderation.
• To generate personal insights such as growth tracking and mood reports.
• To maintain reliability, prevent abuse, enforce community rules, and comply with legal obligations.

Advertising and sale of data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising, cross-app tracking, or advertising profiling.

AI and wellbeing features

Campus MBTI includes AI-generated responses. AI messages are for general student support and self-reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. For emergencies or serious wellbeing concerns, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Service providers

We may use trusted service providers to operate hosting, email verification, storage, security, and AI response generation. These providers process information only as needed to provide the service. We do not permit them to sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide Campus MBTI, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Inactive accounts are scheduled for cleanup after 12 months of inactivity. Verification codes expire quickly and are used only for school email verification.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app by opening Me, then Privacy & Security, then Delete My Account. Deletion removes your account profile, authentication tokens, AI chat history, likes, cached personal data, and other personal records. Posts, comments, and campus messages may be removed or anonymized to a Deleted User placeholder to preserve community and moderation context.

Your choices and rights

• Access and review your profile and privacy summary in the app.
• Update or correct your profile information.
• Block users, hide content, and report unsafe content.
• Delete your account and withdraw consent for future processing.
• Contact us for privacy questions or data requests.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. Passwords are hashed, iOS tokens are stored through Keychain, and access to personal data is limited to authenticated requests and authorized administration workflows.
